Zosimos Inc. was founded in 2025 in Calgary, Alberta — and serves healthcare organizations across Canada — on a simple conviction: facilities deserve advisors who can both diagnose the problem and build the solution.
Healthcare operations and compliance are usually treated as separate problems, handed to separate vendors, and held together by spreadsheets and paper checklists nobody trusts. The result is facilities that are busy but not clear, compliant on paper but anxious before every audit.
We started Zosimos to close that gap. By pairing hands-on consulting with an in-house development team, we can redesign how a facility operates and then build the quality management systems, accreditation trackers, electronic policy libraries, and dashboards that make the new way of working durable.
We think about this work like a puzzle. A facility's operations, compliance obligations, and systems are pieces that should interlock into one clear picture — yet too often they sit scattered, with gaps where a piece is simply missing. Our job is to find the pieces, fit them together, and invent the ones that don't exist yet. The result is an organization that can finally see — and trust — the whole picture.
